We do our best to reply to your query on the same day but during business hours and from Monday to Friday.

It takes 7 – 10 days for a handcrafted item but this also depends on the complexity of the item and the availability of the stones you may have chosen.

We work with sterling silver; 9 carat and 18 carat gold in white, yellow or rose gold. We do not use gold plated, gold filled or vermeil products and all items are solid unless otherwise stated.

We do stock ready-made titanium and stainless steel items.  They are not handmade.  These cannot be sized or customised in any way.

We can use cubic zirconia’s, diamonds, tanzanite’s or any gemstone of your choice.  The quality, size, colour and price of the stone will be discussed with you beforehand.

You can collect in store or it can be couriered directly to you.

No refunds can be given on an item.  We can exchange an item provided you notify us and the item is returned within 7 days.  You will be responsible for all additional courier costs.  No earrings may be returned due to hygiene reasons.  No customised items can be returned.

Please be sure to use a ring that you own and wear on the finger you would like the ring to fit on. Simply measure inner diameter with a ruler, making sure you measure the widest points. Once you have measured your ring look below and match your diameter to a ring size on our chart
